A free, all-in-one web and app dashboard to help you manage your energy, not your time.

I spent the best part of my 20’s (and lezbehonest) early 30’s, tracking my time instead of my energy but learning to track my energy was truly the game-changer that has led me to leading my most fulfilling and sustainable life.

I now know how to layer in all of the things in life that truly matter to me. Balancing some of life’s obligations and energy drain’s with ensuring I am doing the self-care, engaging in joy, connection and acting in alignment with my values. It makes the necessary energy-drains not so draining – as I always have enough “in the tank” to tackle those moments we really need to hustle and push. It also has led to a greater awareness, sense of presence and gratitude for those moments of joy and connection I do have – making room to really enjoy them to the fullest degree possible!

Over the past year, I’ve built a series of tools for you based on codifying my own journaling process. Whether you’ve tried my 60 Journal Prompts for Self-Awareness, Clarity and Energy Alignment or My Energy Audit Workbook – you’ll know that putting pen to paper can be an incredible way of starting on your energy management journey.

As beautiful as I find intentional journaling, I wanted a space that brought together prompts in a truly structured way. A space to see and track patterns, log experiments and take action daily to monitor my energy balance.

Our life changes. We start and stop new jobs, gain new hobbies, have health scares, travel – there is only so much we can control. Our own decisions around the small choices we can control in an environment we largely cannot. There is no one-routine-to-rule-them-all – which is why I’ve found daily tracking so useful for me. I hope you find this free notion template as useful as I do!

What’s included

I have intentionally designed each section to mirror the way energy ebbs, flows and evolves in daily life. Within my all-in-one free notion template you will find…

Your Energy Inventory

Your home dashboard brings forward a snapshot of your other pages to see your data and inputs at a glance! Customise your space to upload images and visuals that inspire you to live into the energy you want your life to reflect and update your “routine” section as you observe the outcomes from your energy experiments!

Your Energy Inventory

Take a snapshot of your current energy balance across life’s key domains – “wheel of life” style. Rate how you are feeling out of 10.

This helps set your baseline reflection which helps to guide what experiments you may wish to set yourself up with later.

Daily Activity Log

The Daily Activity Log acts as your personal energy diary. You record how your tank feels each day (Full, Medium, Low) a note your energy giving or energy draining activities.

You will then tick off baseline energy inputs like sleep, hydration, movement and having a mindful moment.

The Daily Log automatically calculates you a “Total Tank Score” so you can see whether you are “Charging”, “Neutral” or in a “Depleting” state.

Over time you will begin to see your unique rhythm and whether you need to focus on a little “top up” from time to time.

Reflections & Optimisations

This sections provides space to check-in weekly. Review your daily reflections and zoom out to observe what worked well in your week, what didn’t and what you might experiment with next week.

This reflection zone is designed to strengthen your self-compassion and pattern recognition. Focused on refining your patterns – but without judgement.

Energy Experiment Log

This is where your curiosity becomes your superpower. This space encourages you to design small, realistic “energy experiments” that you will track in your daily log and reflect later on how they have helped (or hindered) to bring you greater emotional or physical energy during your week.

Think of this space as your personal science lab for testing what truly nourishes you!

I hope you enjoy using this template, and find it brings you as much awareness and insight as it has to me.

If you try it, I’d love to hear about your experience in the comments below – or even better, if you have any suggested additions that could help make it even more comprehensive and useful.
